Fertility Support

Trying to conceive can touch every part of your life. It can feel as though everything else has to pause while you wait. My work is about helping you stay connected to your whole self: your values, your relationships, your joy, and your capacity to feel what’s hard. I support your fertility with clear, evidence-based care, and I work with both partners where relevant, because conception is a shared journey and the foundations matter on both sides.

Together, we focus on what supports fertility. This includes nourishment, lifestyle, menstrual cycle literacy, nervous system support, mindset, herbal medicine and where necessary, functional testing. Just as importantly, we focus on what supports you as humans. That means reclaiming joy, staying grounded in your values, acknowledging difficult emotions, and continuing to live a full life rather than putting everything on hold.

This process becomes a steady anchor, not just a means to an outcome. It helps you move through this season with clarity, compassion, and a deeper sense of alignment, no matter how your journey unfolds.

Who this is for:

  • Individuals and couples trying to conceive, whether you’re just starting out or have been on this journey for a while.

  • Those with cycle irregularities, hormonal imbalances, or signs of PMOS (previously known as PCOS), hypothalamic amenorrhea, endometriosis or adenomyosis who hope to conceive in the future.

  • People coming off hormonal contraception and wanting to understand their cycle again.

  • Anyone who has experienced pregnancy loss and wants to prepare for a next pregnancy.

  • Couples or individuals preparing for IVF, IUI or other assisted reproduction

  • Couples or individuals who have already been doing IVF, IUI or other assisted reproduction without the outcome there were hoping for.

  • Heterosexual, same-sex and donor-conception couples. All family-building paths are welcome.

  • People who had a complicated previous pregnancy and would like to reduce the risk of complications for their next pregnancy.

Fertility Mapping Session

$190

A one-off, 60-minute consultation to explore what may be contributing to your fertility challenges and clarify your next steps. Ideal if you’re feeling unheard, unsure what to do next, discouraged by “normal” results, have been told to wait longer, or navigating assisted fertility support without the outcomes you hoped for.

Before we meet, you (and your partner, if applicable) will complete a detailed questionnaire and share recent test results. I review everything in advance to identify patterns across your hormones, health history, lifestyle, and stress. During our session, I’ll explain what may be happening and outline possible pathways to support conception.

NOTE: This is a mapping and planning session, not a treatment plan or prescription.

If you would like to continue working together, the cost of this session can be credited toward a customised fertility program (see below).

FOR DEEPER WORK

Customised Fertility Programs

Prices range, please enquire.‍ ‍

A personalised program to support your fertility journey, whether you’re pursuing conception on your own or as a couple. For couples, both people are included in appointments and supported throughout the program as fertility is a shared responsibility.

We work together for at least three months, as this is the time it takes eggs and sperm to mature. The program is tailored to your needs. We’ll identify areas that need support, organise any further testing required, and create a clear plan.

The program is delivered through a mixture of online consultations, weekly text support and pre recorded content. Weekly guidance helps make changes manageable, builds your understanding, and keeps joy part of the process.

More than anything though, this program encourages you to live a life that is bigger than your fertility journey. Having been on a fertility journey myself, I know how easy it is for everything to become centred around this one really big tender goal and how ,without careful consideration and intention, everything else can begin to fall away until you feel as though you are left in a holding pattern. Living in limbo without knowing how long the period of waiting will be. I believe so strongly that living as full a life as possible while you wait (acknowledging the difficult parts as well as inviting in more joy) helps the time to pass in a more enjoyable way and can help the path to conception too.

What we work on together:

Testing. There is so much we can learn from simple bloodwork as a starting point and this helps us form the base of the treatment plan. We can also loo at gut and vaginal microbiome testing if needed.

Male preconception matters too. Sperm quality isn’t fixed. It responds to lifestyle, nutrition, heat exposure, stress, alcohol and nutrient status over a ~70-day window. If you are in a heterosexual couple and your partner hasn’t had a semen analysis, this is definitely a place to start as the male partner can contribute to fertility struggles in around half of all cases. We’ll work on what the research actually shows makes a difference to sperm health.

Nutrition for fertility. We look at what each of you is eating, where the gaps are, and which foods specifically support egg and sperm quality. We also look at what foods and meals you love and how we can bring more joy into food as it serves a much bigger purpose than just providing nutrients for fertility.

Nutrient status. Nutrients such as zinc, selenium, folate, choline, B12 and vitamin D are foundational. Where needed, we look at testing rather than guessing.

Herbal Medicine. Herbal medicine can be a supportive adjunct in the fertility journey, helping to gently nourish and regulate key systems involved in reproductive health. This may include supporting hormonal balance, menstrual cycle health, energy, and nutrient status, as well as supporting stress resilience and overall wellbeing for both partners. Herbs are always chosen thoughtfully and individually, and can be a gentle way to support the body as part of a broader, evidence-informed fertility plan.

Nervous system support and sleep. Cortisol plays a role in reproductive health for both partners, alongside many other interconnected physical, hormonal, and emotional factors. This is not about “just relaxing” or suggesting that stress is the reason someone hasn’t conceived. Instead, we take a grounded, whole-person approach that acknowledges real life pressures while supporting the nervous system in practical, sustainable ways that can fit into busy lives.

Environmental exposures. There is growing research exploring how environmental exposures may impact fertility and pregnancy outcomes. Together, we review your environment and create a manageable plan to reduce exposures where appropriate. This is never about perfection or doing everything at once. Small changes can have a big impact.

The emotional piece. Trying to conceive can quietly strain a relationship. Preparing together, rather than one partner carrying it all, changes that dynamic. We also focus on what brings you joy and how to live as full a life as possible while you wait.

IVF, IUI & Assisted Fertility. If you’re navigating assisted cycles, you don’t have to move through it alone. I provide complementary support that works alongside your specialist, supporting both partners physically and emotionally through each phase. We focus on nourishment, nervous system regulation, and optimising treatment outcomes, while helping you stay grounded through the waiting and uncertainty and make space for both grief and joy, no matter what unfolds along the way.
