What I do.
“Our greatest opportunity is to actually lean in and ask the question, ‘How do I feel?” - Erin Lovell Verinder
Trying to conceive can touch every part of your life. It can feel as though everything else has to pause while you wait. My work is about helping you stay connected to your whole self: your values, your relationships, your joy, and your capacity to feel what’s hard. I support your fertility with clear, evidence-based care, and I work with both partners where relevant, because conception is a shared journey and the foundations matter on both sides.
Together, we focus on what supports fertility. This includes nourishment, lifestyle, menstrual cycle literacy, nervous system support, mindset, herbal medicine and where necessary, functional testing. Just as importantly, we focus on what supports you as humans. That means reclaiming joy, staying grounded in your values, acknowledging difficult emotions, and continuing to live a full life rather than putting everything on hold.
This process becomes a steady anchor, not just a means to an outcome. It helps you move through this season with clarity, compassion, and a deeper sense of alignment, no matter how your journey unfolds.
How I can support you.
Fertility.
Whether you’re just beginning or have been trying for some time, I offer evidence-based, whole-person care for both partners. Together, we look at cycle patterns, hormonal balance, egg and sperm health, nutrition, nervous system support, lifestyle foundations, blood tests and functional testing where appropriate, and use targeted supplementation to support your journey. I help you and your partner stay connected to each other, to yourselves, and to life outside of trying to conceive, so both of you feel supported and cared for no matter the timeline.
IVF, IUI & Assisted Fertility.
If you’re navigating assisted cycles, you don’t have to move through it alone. I provide complementary support that works alongside your specialist, supporting both partners physically and emotionally through each phase. We focus on nourishment, nervous system regulation, and optimising treatment outcomes, while helping you stay grounded through the waiting and uncertainty and make space for both grief and joy, no matter what unfolds along the way.
Pregnancy Care.
Nurturing support throughout each trimester, with trimester-specific nutrient guidance, focusing on nutrition, energy, mood, digestion, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Key nutrients, including vitamin D and iron, are emphasised, alongside symptom management and individualised assessment and management of potential pregnancy complications, such as gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. A gentle, grounded approach helps you feel supported as your body changes and prepares for birth.
Postpartum Recovery.
Support for healing in the months after birth, including nutrient restoration, emotional wellbeing, sleep support, boundaries, digestive recovery, and adapting to your new identity and rhythms. Care for both your body and your heart. This preparation ideally begins during pregnancy.
Pregnancy Loss and Recovery.
Experiencing pregnancy loss can be deeply painful and overwhelming. I’m so sorry if you are experiencing this right now. Care after loss includes physical recovery, hormonal support, nourishment, emotional processing (not a replacement for counselling), and guidance for navigating the path forward. This is a compassionate space where grief is honoured and you feel held, with space to support both partners and their shared journey through loss.
How I work.
Fertility and postpartum care begin with a minimum three-month program, and pregnancy support extends longer to carry you through the unique needs of each trimester. For many, six months offers an even deeper foundation, but if you’re already pregnant or haven’t had this timeframe, you are absolutely welcome here exactly as you are. When I’m supporting someone through a loss, this timeframe can be shorter and shaped entirely around what you need in that moment.
This timeframe allows us to:
Fertility: Egg and sperm take roughly three months to mature. This window allows us to support both partners with nutrition, lifestyle foundations, nervous system health, and targeted care guided by optimal blood testing and semen analysis.
Pregnancy: Meet changing trimester needs with targeted nutrition, symptom support, emotional steadiness, and preparation for birth.
Postpartum: The first 12 weeks are tender and transformative - a crucial period of healing, recovery, and adjustment.
My approach is hands-on and supportive, with regular text check-ins and monthly online consultations so you feel held and guided throughout.
